Maison Kervell The gite

Attached to the main house is a self-contained annex that the current owners run as a gite.

Like the main house the gite has been renovated and equipped to an exceptionally high standard and is an immaculate condition. It has its own private entrance but as there is a connecting door to the main house the whole could become a large, spacious five bedroomed property.

There are two double bedrooms, each with its own en-suite shower room and downstairs there is an open plan lounge/dining/kitchen.

The kitchen is fully fitted including an oven, hob, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine and all the usual utensils.

There is a large dining table and four comfortable dining chairs

In the lounge area are four very comfortable leather chairs, a large coffee table and small side tables. English TV, radio, and CD/DVD players are provided. Wi-fi is available.

The French doors and the large window overlooking the garden allow plenty of light to flood in.

Outside is a private patio south facing garden with a large round metal table and four chairs.

Heating throughout is by thermostatically controlled electric radiators.

The gite has proved to be very successful. Note that all furniture, linen and crockery, etc in the gite is included in the sale price. There are bookings for 2012 should the new owner wish to continue with the business.
