The large living/dining room has a very large open fireplace with a wood burning stove which provides a lovely all round warmth both downstairs and upstairs.

The two sets of French doors and the windows open onto the patio with beautiful views of the garden and they let the sunlight flood in. The room is very light with plenty of space for large settees and a large dining table.

The second living room acts as the main entrance and again the light floods in.

There is a connecting door to the gite.

There is a superb large kitchen well
fitted with Meile appliances, which are remaining. It has plenty of work space, a large food cupboard, a preparation sink as well as two other sinks, a waste disposal unit,
a dishwasher, large fridge, two full fan ovens and a hob with 5 - 8 hotplates to suit every size of saucepan/frying pan, etc.
In fact, there is everything a cook could need.

There is a large utility/second kitchen with a two ring gas hob, a microwave, a walk in larder and two large storage cupboards. Plus a washing machine, a tumble dryer and a coats cupboard. Adjacent, there is a toilet.
