St James. Villeperdue is 1 mile south of the village of Sacey but is too small to be shown on most maps so please view the page on this website "How to find us", which gives full directions, sat-nav co-ordinates, etc.

As you may be aware, in France the purchaser pays the Estate Agent and the Notaire (an obligatory legal figure) fees, but
as we are selling the property privately this avoids any Estate Agents fees - see below.
